Are you bringing INSPIRE 2020 to any other states?


No, INSPIRE 2020 is only being held once in Melbourne, VIC




How do I subscribe for updates for the INSPIRE 2020 conference?


Fill out the subscription form at the bottom of any page on this website to get regular updates about the conference. If you are already registered, you will automatically receive any new information relevant to you.




Where can I find an INSPIRE 2020 conference program?


To view the conference program, please visit the workshop page. The program will be regularly updated to show the most recent times and sessions.




Is food provided at the conference?


Yes, morning tea and lunch is provided to all delegates across the two full conference days. Please fill out any dietary requirements you may have when filling out your registration form.





Registration Questions

How much does it cost to attend the INSPIRE 2020 conference?


Tickets to the conference are $1,050 inc GST.

How do I register for the INSPIRE 2020 conference?


All participants are required to officially register to attend the INSPIRE 2020 conference. Online registration is the preferred method of registration. You may choose to pay via Credit Card payment (Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal via our secure network. EFT payments are also available via the online process; please select the invoice option at check out. Please note,invoices issued for registration are payable strictly within 14 days of the invoice issue date. Failure to pay by the stipulated date may result in your registration being void.

If I am a current full time student, do I receive a discount?


Yes, full time students have a special rate of $550 inc GST.

Student registrations require proof of full time enrolment via student card identification, plus one other form of photo ID, photographed or scanned and emailed to info@inspire2020.com.au




Do I have to pay for the conference upfront?


Yes, all registrations must be paid in full before the conference date in order to attend.




Can you register me over the phone?


Online registration is the preferred method of registration. However, if you are having problems trying to register online please call our office on +61 2 9557 1460 and they will be happy to assist you to register.




Do you offer group discounts?


If you are registering in groups of 10+ please call our office on +61 2 9557 1460 to discuss a group discount.




Can I get a refund if I cancel my INSPIRE 2020 registration?


Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Semann & Slattery (info@inspire2020.com.au). If the notification is not received by Semann & Slattery, the cancellation is deemed to have not been notified.

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less 15% of the registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date; however, you may nominate a replacement delegate at no charge. The same conditions apply to tickets purchased for any social events.

Payment plan cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Semann & Slattery (info@inspire2020.com.au). If the notification is not received by Semann & Slattery, the cancellation is deemed to have not been notified.

Payment plan cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less 15% of the registration fees paid (this does not include any transaction or processing fees charged) to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date; however, you may nominate a replacement delegate at no charge. The same conditions apply to tickets purchased for any social events.

If I cannot attend, can I give my registration to someone else?


No refund will be made for non-attendance at the conference or any social events.

However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please call the office on +61 2 9557 1460 to advise us of any name changes as soon as possible.




Do I receive a ticket for the INSPIRE 2020 conference?


You will not receive or need to print a ticket for the conference; your name and name badge will be at the registration desk.





Event Questions

Do I have to register separately to attend the INSPIRE 2020 launch party?


When registering for the conference, you will have the option to confirm your attendance to the launch party. Spaces are limited and given on a first in first served basis.




Do I have to register separately to attend the INSPIRE 2020 conference dinner?


When registering for the conference, you will have the option to add-on a purchase for the conference dinner. These tickets are only made available to conference delegates. Spaces are limited and given on a first in first served basis. Click the Dinner tab to learn more.

I am interested in having an exposition space at INSPIRE 2020, how do I learn more?


The Exposition will provide delegates and exhibitors with excellent opportunities to network in an environment that provides a central and creative meeting place for all conference participants.

I am traveling from another state or country; do you have any airline partnerships deals or offers?

Workshop Questions

Do I have to register for my workshop selections?


No, other than the VR experience, you do not need to book into the conference workshops. However, to avoid disappointment for missing out, we do suggest that you know which workshop/s you wish to attend before hand, and make sure to arrive on time for that workshop. How do I book in to the Virtual Reality Experience?


Through state-of-the-art technology, Dr Claire Warden welcomes you to the Auchlone Nature Kindergarten in Scotland. Join Claire in the virtual world as she and the Auchlone educators and children share their day to day in this idyllic educational environment. Bookings are necessery and can be done by clicking here.





Dinner Questions

Where is the conference dinner being held?

What time does dinner start?


Pre-dinner drinks will be served at 7:00pm




What is included in the price?


Dinner, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic, entertainment and an overall wonderful time are covered in the cost of your dinner booking! Be prepared for delicious food, a good dance and some additional surprises...
